Building Your Parent Handbook and Contract

This workshop is appropriate for child care center directors and family child care providers.

One of the basic standards of Maryland EXCELS is that every child care program has a detailed parent handbook and/or contract. In this workshop you will be able to either revise your current handbook or begin writing a new parent handbook that includes all the required elements.
