| Description | Introduction to Developmental Screening
This course fulfills the MSDE/OCC training requirement. This four-hour training is designed as an overview of developmental screening and its benefits. An explanation of the developmental screening MSDE/OCC regulation will be presented as well as strategies for effective communication with families and referral processes. The training will assist with the identification of developmental screening tools, appropriate collection of information and the purpose of on-going screening for children. |
